We learned about the spectrophotometer and the procedure to find the amount of iron in certain vegetables. We got a pamphlet that had the procedure, Kramer told us we had to graph about our results and make an excel worksheet.

Titrating the 50 mL of the kale substance we found that it took around 8 mL of Iodine to get a color change. While titrating Gunnar also worked on filtering the rest of the kale substance.
